This dress is so classy! Fully lined and has a soft grey pin stripe! We love that you can get 2 different looks with this one, wear it on the shoulders or off the shoulders! The smocked front makes it stretchy and the cross cross straps in the back are elastic. The tie is just for detail but it’s also long enough to be wrapped around and tied in front.
